Employability Training

These two online training modules are for managers and staff involved in running or setting up supported internships or traineeships, apprenticeships, Tech levels or, study programmes for young people with SEND which have a substantial workplace learning element.

The modules have been designed to support specialist Further Education providers working with young people with SEND with knowledge and information about the supported employment process. They are also of relevance to post-16 providers working with young people with SEND on traineeships, apprenticeships, Tech levels or study programmes with a substantial workplace learning element.

Each module is a stand-alone, two and half hour training workshop. Please note for each course date we are limiting bookings to 4 per organisation as a maximum. However, the modules are also available to be delivered as in-house training. For further information on in-house training please complete our expression of interest form.

The training will be delivered by a specialist trainer with extensive experience of work in the specialist sector and managing vocational programmes.
