This unique training course provides participants with the opportunity to develop their leadership skills and knowledge in the context of special educational needs and disability (SEND) provision. Learning alongside fellow SEND professionals from the further education sector, you will explore your own leadership challenges through a combination of online and face-to-face learning sessions, action learning sets and coaching.

I understand that this course requires a substantial time commitment and that much of its value is derived from the full participation of all delegates. I agree to the terms below and confirm that I am available on all dates shown on the course information page.

I will attend and actively engage in all of the in-person and online core sessions.
I will attend all online meetings of my action learning set and work collaboratively with others in my set, including on a shared group challenge.
I will complete the online quests between sessions.
I will participate fully in the leadership coaching.

I understand that this course will be delivered mainly via Zoom and confirm that I am able to access this on the device I will use to attend the course. I understand that participants are recommended to download the Zoom app rather than accessing the course via a browser in order to optimise the online learning experience.

Completion and return of this application form constitutes a contract between yourselves and Natspec and signals to Natspec that an invoice can be sent. Please notify us in writing at transform@natspec.org.uk if you wish to make a cancellation. Cancellations made within 10 working days of the course start date will be charged at full price. Please notify us in writing as soon as possible if you would like to request a substitution. Except in exceptional circumstances, Natspec is unable to refund course fees if participants withdraw part way through the course. Natspec reserves the right to cancel or alter the course for reasons beyond its control.
