This network is for staff who manage data and management information systems in their college.
The network covers issues relating to the completion of the ILR and other ESFA data returns, including the new mandatory workforce survey. At network meetings, members compare and contrast MIS software and suppliers along with collection and presentation of data. Other discussions include ensuring a good communication link between staff responsible for data recording and reporting and those responsible for quality, curriculum planning and implementation.
Network meetings take place on Zoom three times per year. If you have any items you’d like to add to the agenda, please contact fil.mcintyre@natspec.org.uk
Members are encouraged to raise discussions and ask each other questions between meetings by using the Data / MIS discussion forum.
