Job Description
Due to internal promotion, we are looking for a Head of College. Ambitious College is an award-winning, Ofsted rated ‘Good’ autism specific College for autistic young people aged 16-25. We stand with autistic young people and believe they deserve a fulfilling, happy and rewarding life. Through our ‘Ambitious Approach’ we put our learners at the heart of our thinking.
We are co located with two mainstream further education college campuses: the College of Haringey, Enfield, and North East London (CONEL), and West Thames College, West London. At each campus, our team of dedicated and passionate professionals includes teachers, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, employment specialists, behaviour analysts, and specialist support staff.

- Strategic Excellence: Ensure the College meets its strategic objectives, maintaining its stellar local and national reputation.
- Inclusive Culture: Champion the development and embedding of an inclusive culture, fostering diversity and valuing difference.
