In this webinar Andrew Evans, Learning Programmes Co-ordinator at National Star College, will describe the developments of Learner Voice (LV) work at NSC and the importance placed on recognising and capturing students’ opinions and thoughts using a holistic strategy. He will also include examples and signpost strategies being used to hear the voice of learners with more complex needs. This approach provides benefits to both individuals and the organisation, whilst working towards positive and constructive change to meet learners’ needs.
