Over a period of three weeks in April and May colleagues from the Natspec community came together in virtual groups to create guidance material and effective practice examples on a series of home-learning themes.
This webinar will introduce the new transition resource pack. The pack is for staff working with young people at home, their families, schools and local authorities to support them in the preparation for the transition into college and the transition out of college. Presenters will also include colleagues involved in developing the resource.
