About the students
At Future Horizons Leeds we welcome applications from young people aged 19 - 25 who have an Education and Health Care Plan (EHCP). We also accept applications from young people looking for Adult Social Care provision after leaving education. We accept placements up to the age of 30. These placements are reviewed at least annually to ensure we are still meeting the needs and aspirations of young people.
Catchment
We take applications from young people living in Leeds and surrounding areas.
Curriculum
We offer a curriculum which is based around personalised learning and monitored through RARPA, Recognising and Recording Progress and Achievement. All of our pathway topics are non accredited and bespoke to each student. We incorporate functional skills, communication and interaction, independent living skills, employability skills, sensory and physical development, me and my world / Personal, Social, Health Education and Health and Leisure.

Specialist facilities
We offer specialist thearpy input from our Speech and Language Therapist / Physiotherapist / Occupational Therapist.
We also have staff trained in Rebound Therapy, Intensive Interaction.
