Curriculum

We offer individually tailored learning programmes and supported internships through one of our two curriculum pathways. Our students are expertly supported to succeed by our SEND specialist staff team and through a range of embedded therapies. Learning programmes are centred on equipping our students with the skills and knowledge that they need to lead a more independent lifestyle.

Our ‘Employability Pathway’ is designed to both increase independent living skills and prepare young people for paid work or regular volunteering, Including the opportunity to study on a supported internship for an additional year. Our ‘Design for Living Pathway’ offers a broad range of subjects and activities designed to prepare our young people for adulthood and a more independent future. Whether that be to move into supported living, to secure paid work or regular volunteering or to access day services and community projects.

Qualifications and accreditation wrap around students personalised learning programmes through awarding bodies such as NOCN, OCR, the English Speaking Board and the Duke of Edinburgh Award.

Our bespoke learning programmes are embedded with therapies and specialist support to provide a level playing field where all our students can achieve their ambitions for a happy and fulfilled lifestyle.
