RARPA – measuring learner progress

RARPA is a means of measuring learner progress and demonstrating outcomes, most commonly used in association with non-accredited learning. It stands for ‘Recognising and recording progress and achievement’.

The training will be delivered by specialist trainers with extensive knowledge and experience of the RARPA process and provision for learners with SEND.

Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement in the RARPA process

An interactive online training for staff with a role in quality assurance of the RARPA process, including managers, team leaders, lead teachers and learning support.

Developing RARPA CPD with your team

This training is for managers of provision for learners with SEND who lead teams. It will be of relevance to settings where RARPA is established but there are CPD needs around a specific area or where RARPA is new or about to be implemented. 

Arranging and conducting an internal review of your RARPA provision

This workshop is for leaders and managers who have responsibility for overseeing the quality of the RARPA process, and will discuss the purpose of an internal review and consider the key questions and sources of evidence required.
