Ofsted has published its report into the inspection at National Star College, grading it “Outstanding” across every judgement, following an inspection in January. The report recognised the hard work of students and staff, praising the culture and all aspects of teaching, learning and learner outcomes.
The Ofsted Outstanding judgement comes on the back of another remarkable achievement – when CQC inspected the college care provision last year, they also awarded it Outstanding across all judgement areas.
There are seven Natspec Colleges with the highest possible inspection grade: National Star, Derwen, David Lewis, Treloar, Orchard Hill, Foxes Academy, and Coleg Elidyr (Estyn “Excellent”).
