Are you a passionate professional with experience in allied health therapies, health services, or a related specialist field? Have you held a senior leadership, management or strategic role and are looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution within an organisation that brings together education, care and specialist support?
We are seeking an engaged and committed individual to join our Board of Governors – someone who can bring valuable insight from an allied health, therapeutic or wider health-related background, alongside a passion for supporting individuals with complex and diverse needs.

Requirements
· A strong background in allied health services, ideally within a specialist education or residential setting.
· A willingness to devote the necessary time and effort, including attending Board meetings 4 times per year in Harrogate (remote attendance is possible) and join a sub-committee of college that meets termly
· Willing to take an active role in the strategic governance of the college
· Enthusiastic and have an interest in services for disabled young people
· Demonstrate sound independent judgement and integrity
· Have an ability to think creatively
· Be able to work effectively as a member of a team and to maintain good working relations
