The FCRT, a unique residential, educational and transitional environment catering specifically for horse motivated young people with LDD in the heart of the New Forest, has the following exciting and rewarding opportunity within its Management Team.
The mission of the residential FE course is to further the education and independence of young people with learning difficulties and disabilities through the transference of skills learnt whilst working with horses, into all aspects of life.
Working as part of our Management Team, you will lead and manage all aspects of the residential provision (across 3 main sites in the Bransgore/Burley area) subject to the requirements of the Care Quality Commission. You will drive the delivery of responsive person centred care/support services that promote independence, choice and dignity to empower people to live as independently as possible. You will work in close partnership with our Curriculum Manager to synchronise the residential provision with our extended curriculum to maximise outcomes. You will proactively manage projects that will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the service, and in partnership with the senior management team you will participate in the strategic development of the organisation.
This is a full time, permanent position.
Annual leave entitlement – 35 days per annum
Salary – between £30,000.00 and £33,000.00 per annum
