If your college is a full member of Natspec, you are entitled to a number of member benefits.
Anyone who is a member of staff at a college or provision that is a full member of Natspec is entitled to receive our members’ briefing. This is sent out fortnightly by Clare Howard. If you would like to receive this briefing, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Members of staff can sign themselves up to our public mailing list. This way you will receive information about training from our Transform and TechAbility services, and news and updates from across the sector.
Transform members can sign up for our Transform members briefing, which is sent out less frequently with information relevant to specialist provision in the wider sector. Again, please email email@example.com to be added to the list.
We host an online forum where colleagues from member colleges can discuss things and ask for advice. You need a user account on the Natspec website to access this. Any member of staff with an email address belonging to a Natspec member college can create one. We have created a guide to the Natspec forums which explains how to register and post on the forums.
The Natspec knowledgebase is a repository of information. It contains minutes and slides from past events, as well as exemplars from colleges, funding and policy documents. It can be accessed with the same user account you used to access the Natspec forums.
The Natspec members logo is available for the use of Natspec members. For a high-resolution version and guidance on how to use it, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Natspec organises a number of networks for staff at specialist colleges. These include:
- Care Forum
- Therapy Forum
- Employment Forum
- Finance Managers Network
- Publicity Officers Network
- HR Forum
- Admissions Network
- Learner Voice Practitioner Network
Details of upcoming forums are available on our events calendar.
We also host regional meetings. Please contact your regional director for more details.
