We are looking for new Governors to join our Governing Body.
Education experience, knowledge of health & safety and/or quality assurance would be a distinct advantage. The role will be to help support our education provision for young people aged 16-25 who are deafblind, multi-sensory impaired or who have a single sensory impairment and additional needs.
Being a governor at the college is a rewarding role; you will be able to contribute towards the college strategic direction and support the college senior management team in their drive for excellence. Sense College holds a Good Grade 2 Ofsted and was last inspected in February 2017.
Time commitment: Meetings take place once a term at Sense, Hampton, Peterborough. Generally these are half-day meetings during the day with additional training day (s). Subject to experience we would also like you to join one of our sub committees who meet once a term. Time will be required prior to all meetings to read papers.
