The mission of the FCRT is to further the education and independence of young people with learning difficulties and disabilities through the transference of skills, learnt whilst working with horses, into all aspects of life.
Working as part of our strategic Senior Management team, with overall responsibility to the Director and the Trustees for the finances of and operations of the organisation, you will take care of day-to-day accounting, budgets and preparation of year end accounts. Running the payroll and duties as Company Secretary will also be required. To succeed, you must be professionally qualified with a proven track record in this area of work and of managing, training and developing colleagues. Experience of work with a registered charity, and an interest in the methods of the FCRT, would be desirable.
This is a full time, permanent position.
Annual leave entitlement – starting from 35 days per annum.
Salary range – £42,000 to £48,000 gross per annum.
