Are you a successful leader who can make a real improvement to the quality and content of Homefield College’s teaching and learning? They are looking to appoint an inspiring individual to oversee strategies in curriculum and quality, making sure they comply with external standards and grow an innovative and high quality curriculum.
As Homefield’s Head of Curriculum & Quality, you will be responsible for curriculum development, quality managementacross our education provision, our enterprises, work experience provision, and information, advice and guidance services. You will work closely with the Head of Special Education & Pastoral Services to steer the College’s journey to deliver excellent student experience, adapting and responding to the changing needs of our students and the organisation.
Homefield are an independent specialist college and charity who provides education, care and support to people with learning disabilities. Their teaching delivers real life experiences for our students, promoting independence and preparing them for their future destinations. No two days will be the same, so you will need to thrive in a busy working environment with excellent drive, focus and project management.
As a senior manager, you will play a key role in leading the College-wide team and setting high expectations for both students and staff, which allows them to achieve the best possible outcomes for our students and stakeholders.
