Camphill Wakefield and Derwen College have signed up to the ‘Becoming a Beekeeper’ initiative in partnership with the WoodMor Foundation CIC to explore beekeeping as a viable and valid employability pathway.
Join us for this free, members only webinar and hear how some chance encounters led to this extraordinary partnership, where employability skills are acquired and practiced through the unique art and craft of beekeeping, including:
- embedding transferable employability skills at the centre of the pathway
- evidencing this progress through technology and ‘Me Movies’
- developing enterprise and moving towards self-sustainability and income-generation
- the environmental, social and mental health benefits.
