Understanding level 3 and below qualification reform

The Gatsby Foundation is running a briefing session specifically tailored for specialist FE colleges to help senior leaders, in particular curriculum leads, to understand the ongoing reform of applied general and technical qualifications at levels 2 and 3. If you currently offer qualifications such as BTECs at this level, sub-contract or otherwise partner with general FE colleges to give your learners access to these or similar qualifications or are interested in finding out more about T levels, this event is a must for you. There will be updates on the progress of the reforms, including the DfE’s recent “Pause and Review” which is set to conclude by the end of the year with the aim of ensuring that accessible and relevant qualification pathways remain for all. Join the session to understand how these changes may impact your provision, to ask questions and to reflect on the evolving post-16 qualification landscape together. Please note that the focus of discussion will be on levels 2 and 3 and that we will not be covering reform of Entry level and level 1 personal, social and employability qualifications at this event. Lunch will be provided.
