This event is run as part of the ETF’s Centres for Excellence in SEND programme.

As part of the Community of Practice: Successful Planning for September this live session, facilitated by Natspec, will focus on planning for transition out of college and preparing for adulthood skills development for learners in their final year. Find out how different settings do this. Share your own approach, the tools you use, challenges and successes.

Who is this for?

Because our discussions are likely to be wide-ranging in nature, we anticipate that this Community of Practice will be of interest to a variety of people with many role jobs from SEND leaders and managers to curriculum leaders, transition managers, learning support managers and their teams as well as teaching staff and therapists.

This webinar is designed to cover:

  • planning for transistion out of college
  • preparing for adulthood skills
  • discuss shared approaches
  • provide opportunities to hear from providers who use different tools and approaches.
