Transition out network

This network is aimed at staff in member colleges who are involved in the transition process from college towards their onward destination. These meetings provide an opportunity for staff across our membership to discuss successes and challenges faced in this role, practicalities, and share good practice.

Networks are usually held online, approximately three times per year.
