We send student information to government via the ILR, but do we fully understand what story it tells about us and our learners, what work we are doing and importantly, the quality of that work?
As a follow up to our “New to the ILR” workshop, we look here at a practical application of the cycle of returning Individual Learner Records (ILR), and importantly the analysis of data checking, error reports and their resolution. We also visit the quality reports used in Public Funded Audits (PFA), analysed by Ofsted and published in Qualification Achievement Reports (QAR) data.
These reports are vital – they indicate the errors in our data as well as its integrity and validity, and contribute to future funding for our organisation.
If you have not explored these reports fully, or you have them but are not sure what impact they have or their importance, then this workshop is for you.
Instead of charging per attendee, we are currently extending our usual fee to cover the whole college/organisation. We therefore encourage multiple colleagues to attend this event where relevant. All attendees must register individually and join using their own link.
