Completion and return of this application form constitutes a contract between yourselves and Natspec and signals to Natspec that an invoice can be sent. Please notify us in writing at qualitysupport@natspec.org.uk if you wish to make a cancellation. Cancellations made within 10 working days of the course start date will be charged at full price. Please notify us in writing as soon as possible if you would like to request a substitution. Except in exceptional circumstances, Natspec is unable to refund course fees if participants withdraw part way through the course. Natspec reserves the right to cancel or alter the course for reasons beyond its control.
