In order for Assistive Technology to succeed it needs to have good technology foundations. College leaders need to promote its usage and ensure all teams work together to improve educational outcomes. You will be guided through short and long term goals which will enable your teams to remove barriers and support learners to succeed.

This short course is led by an experienced senior leader, who is also a technology specialist, and will cover:

  • How your organisation can enhance accessibility for ALL learners.
  • Delivering AT is hard without the right IT in place.
  • Working with your IT support team to ensure accessibility is a priority.
  • Procurement: taking accessibility into account at the start.
