ZoomMany Natspec member colleges are reporting that EHC plans are sometimes being ceased by LAs without warning, or before education outcomes have been met, often due to pressures on high needs budgets. In this interactive webinar, barrister Miriam Carrion Benitez from Veale Wasborough Vizards will explain what the law says about ceasing EHC plans and the circumstances under which a plan must be maintained.
