The March 2026 annual quality improvement event will focus on ambitious destinations for learners.
How can you make a positive difference to post-college destinations for your learners? How can you plan your curriculum to help prepare learners for a successful, meaningful post-college outcome?
Delegates will have the opportunity to:
- reflect on planning for successful, appropriate and aspirational destination outcomes for learners.
- consider the use of destination data to monitor the impact of provision
- consider how to positively influence appropriate destinations, including through engagement with employers, opportunities for volunteering and community engagement, and appropriate adult social care placements.
- discuss best practice and hear from colleagues sharing how they have planned for successful destinations with learners, families and stakeholders.
- learn from examples where destinations are not always positive
- explore planning for a range of destination outcomes.
The event will be of interest to senior and middle leaders who have responsibility for quality assurance and curriculum, as well as for practitioners who have oversight of learners’ study programmes.
