This free, members-only event is designed specifically for principals of Natspec member organisations, or their designated representatives. We encourage all Natspec members to book a place.
This is an opportunity to access peer support, discuss leadership challenges, get the latest information about the national context and consider the future direction of the sector.
This year, we welcome Paul Joyce, HMI and Ofsted’s Deputy Director for FE and Skills, as a speaker. The agenda also includes sessions on how every college can play its part in leading the specialist FE sector, an update on the main policy issues including progress on the government’s Change Programme, and an introduction to Natspec’s manifesto and key messages for politicians in advance of the 2024 General Election.
