Designed specifically for principals of Natspec member colleges, or designated representatives, this free event is a chance to catch up with colleagues, discuss leadership challenges, and get the latest information about the national context.
This year, we will reflect on if and how the pandemic has changed the landscape for specialist colleges. We will also hear from DfE regarding the government’s SEND review and Green Paper, and explore the future role of specialist colleges in relation to the Skills and Post-16 Education Bill.
It will also be a chance to catch up in-person with colleagues from across the country, after over a year of on-line meetings.
As this will be our first face to face event for over 18 months, we will be maximising the opportunities for delegates to be active, talk to different people and learn from each other throughout the day. Come to Conference Aston in Birmingham to re-connect with Natspec members, enjoy a chat over coffee and lunch, and take part in the discussions to improve provision at your college.
For details on getting to the venue, and their clean air policy, please visit Conference Aston’s venue information page. If you will be parking at the venue, please note that this must be booked in advance and can be done via the previous link.
