The Natspec Student Voice Parliament will be meeting on the 12 November at QAC. This is an opportunity for learners to come together to review the work done at the last Student Voice Parliament meeting and to move forward with positive and creative ways of conveying important messages. Back in June, Parliament representatives discussed their successes and also the issues they face on a daily basis, and explored how they could be supported to further achieve if members of the general public had a clearer understanding of a range of disabilities and related specific needs. The day will enable learners to create posters, leaflets and film clips detailing their ideas and opinions on how to increase successful interactions with people who are unfamiliar with learning difficulties and disabilities.

Please bring along, and be ready to share, ideas and projects that you have been working on in your colleges with learners.

We have a restricted number of spaces, so we have limited attendance to three students per organisation and their support staff.

Please use the booking form to register EVERYONE from your organisation attending the meeting.  There is no charge for attending this meeting with your students. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

Booking is now closed. Please contact info@natspec.org.uk with any queries.
