Legal update on EHC plans, consultations, placements and LA relationships

Do you have challenges with local authorities including up-to-date EHC plans, management of high numbers of consultations and where colleges are directed to admit a learner where the college has advised they cannot meet need? With reference to the SEND Code of Practice, Richard Freeth from Stone King who will provide a legal update and recommendations to support you in your interactions with local authorities. He will also signpost you to sources of useful advice and guidance. There will be an opportunity to ask questions.
