This free event gives Natspec members the chance to hear from recently inspected specialist colleges – and to learn from their experience.
A number of senior leaders, including nominees, from colleges inspected under the Education Inspection Framework (EIF) have offered to share their experiences for the benefit of those awaiting their first inspection under the EIF. They will explain how the deep dive methodology worked in practice in their different settings, the role of the nominee, what questions staff, learners and governors were asked, and what evidence they were asked to produce. We’ll also be quizzing them on what they would do differently in hindsight and what advice they would give colleges yet to be inspected.
There will also be a chance for participants to put their own questions to our experienced panel.
This event is suitable for any Natspec member college awaiting inspection, full, short or in the form of a new provider monitoring visit.
