Employment network

This free employment network is open to any staff in Natspec member colleges with responsibility for preparing learners for employment.

We will be guests of Landmarks College who have kindly offered us to show us around their pub, The Archer, and their farm and to tell us how they are using these two facilities to build pathways into employment for their learners. We will also have a chance to meet some of their learners who will preparing and serving our lunch. The day will start at the pub, where there is plenty of parking, and the college will be arranging transport to take us across to the farm. Members will also be able to share their own experiences of using college-owned facilities/enterprises as contexts for developing employability skills, and those who are considering this approach will have an opportunity to ask questions and hear lessons learned from fellow network members.
