This free event is for staff in care roles in Natspec member colleges.
The Sheiling Ringwood have invited members of the Natspec Care Network, along with Heads and Registered Managers from residential SEN schools to come onsite to learn more about their practice. Their residential school house was recently graded Outstanding by Ofsted who challenged them to share their approach with other provisions. Delegates will be able to hear presentations from the college principal and the heads of health, education and residential services, have a tour of the site, and engage in a practice sharing session. Representatives of both NASS and Natspec will be present and each will provide a general national update in the afternoon. Lunch will be provided.
