This is a free, members-only event for staff in care roles from across our membership. We will be taking a close look at each of CQC’s key lines of enquiry (KLOEs), sharing strengths and weaknesses, comparing quality assurance approaches and supporting one another to identify quality improvement actions. You don’t have to be registered with CQC to benefit from this exploration of quality assurance and quality improvement in relation to supporting young adults with SEND/ALN.
