Cancellation Terms & Conditions

Online and face-to-face courses

Please notify us in writing as soon as possible – using the email address on the relevant event page – if you wish to make a substitution or a cancellation for any of our events.

Substitutions are welcome and can be made at any time, without charge, unless it is explicitly stated otherwise on the relevant event page.

Unless otherwise stated, cancellations made 5 working days or less for an online event (or 10 working days or less for an in-person event) will be charged at full price.

Full fees will also be charged in the event of non-attendance unless there are exceptional circumstances as decided by Natspec.

Natspec reserves the right to cancel or alter the course for reasons beyond its control. Delegates will not incur any charges for courses cancelled by Natspec.

In-house/bespoke training delivery (online or face-to-face)

In the event of a cancellation by the client, after dates have been confirmed, a cancellation fee may be charged by Natspec unless a mutually convenient date can be rescheduled.

Cancellations made by the client up to 6 working days in advance of the training will incur no fee.

Cancellations made by the client 5 or fewer working days in advance of the training will incur a fee of 50% of the total amount.

Natspec reserves the right to cancel in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, Natspec will work with the client to arrange another date for the training.
