Job title: Educational and Health Care Plan (EHCP) Administrator
Salary: £22,784 to £25,064 per year (depending on experience)
Hours: Full Time, 37 hours per week

We are looking to recruit a self-motivated, responsible person with excellent organisation, IT skills and an eye for detail to join us as EHCP Administrator. You will be responsible for liaising cross college and with external professionals to ensure compliance with the SEN Code of practice and to meet statutory deadlines. You will produce and accurately maintain EHCP data. You will work to a high standard, often independently, and be able to efficiently prioritise work.
You will require flexibility, excellent IT skills (including Microsoft Office and familiarity with wider IT applications), the ability to handle confidential information, and to provide a high level of customer service at all times. Previous experience of working in an educational setting would be an advantage.
To coordinate students’ Annual Reviews including:
- Preparing paperwork
- Taking minutes
- Communicating with stakeholders
- To provide EHCP administrative support to the Leadership Team.
- To be the designated person to Local Authority EHCP hubs.
