We are seeking to appoint a Curriculum Area Manager (CAM) who will have managerial responsibility for all Vocational areas, along with line management responsibilities of associated teaching staff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the highest quality support is provided and will ensure student needs and aspirations are met, through observations and mentoring and working as the lead Internal Verifier for your team.
You should have a degree (minimum grade 2:2) as well as a teaching qualification and excellent leadership and management qualities, with a focus on continuous improvement and striving for excellence in all practice.
