We work with a range of young people from 16 years old who are looking for a programme which allows them to undertake accredited learning, individualised learning and practical experiences within grounds maintenance, gardening, horticulture, fishery management and angling, as well as other practical activities and challenges linked to individual needs and aspirations.

Fir Tree CIC offer a balanced provision based around the Preparing for Adulthood Outcomes, with two programmes of learning; Preparation for Employment and Education, and our Learning for Life programme which explores independence skills within the preparing for adulthood outcomes.
Our grounds allow students to tackle grounds maintenance, gardening, horticulture, fishery management and angling.
