An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Principal of Estates at Queen Alexandra College (QAC), an independent specialist college in Harborne, Birmingham. This Assistant Principal role leads on a diverse range of Estates, Health & Safety, and additional support services within the college, as well as, the management of key supplier contracts.
The successful candidate will have experience of contract management and have the ability to manage site security and college stock within financial constraints. The successful candidate will demonstrate a sound understanding of risk management and the importance of compliance in Food Safety, Hygiene and Health & Safety.
You will have a highly personable leadership style and excellent people management skills, recognising the requirement to manage a number of disparate specialist functions.
Direct experience in a relevant specialist function, and educated to degree level is essential, while a NEBOSH or similar qualification is desirable.
